RETURNS
If you wish to return your order to us, you must notify us within 30 days of receipt of your order. Your Order Number will act as your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Only returns that are accompanied by an RMA number will be accepted.In order to be eligible for a refund, the product must be unopened in its original packaging and in as new condition. Upon receipt we will inspect the product and determine that it meets this criteria. Any returned goods that fail to meet this criteria will not be eligible for a refund. Returns must be sent to us with adequate packaging and correct postage to ensure safe and timely arrival. LBTI does not accept liability for goods sent by you that are damaged during transit. In such cases you are responsible for pursuing a claim with the relevant courier service. LBTI is not responsible for any taxes or brokerage fees which may be incurred on international returns. LBTI reserves the right to charge a restocking fee on any returned goods. If we decide to refund you, we refund you the order and the original shipping charge in full.

RETURNING DAMAGED GOODS
You must notify us in writing by email, fax or letter within 7 days of receipt of damaged goods in order. Your Order Number will act as a RMA number. Only returns that are accompanied by an RMA number will be accepted. Damaged goods must be returned to us as you received them, unused and in original condition and packaging. Upon receipt we will inspect the goods and either exchange the items or issue a refund. Returns must be sent to us with adequate packaging and correct postage to ensure safe and timely arrival. LBTI does not accept liability for goods sent by you that are damaged during transit. In such cases you are responsible for pursuing a claim with the relevant courier service. REFUND POLICY
When an item is returned to us, we refund the full cost of the item and the original shipping charge in full. We are not able to refund the return cost. When an item is not picked up and sent back to us, we will refund the items but not the shipping charge. Refunds take about 3-5 business days to process with your bank, depending on the bank. Please be advised we are not able to refund or cancel orders that have already been shipped out.
