Q: I need tracking?
A: You will have been emailed tracking when you order shipped. If you cannot find that email, go to your email client and search up "Bondic". The order confirmation email will have a button that says "view order". On the view order screen you can track the item and/or see the tracking number.
Once an order sends, it takes 24-48 hours for it to show up on the tracking site.
Please be advised orders take 6-22 business days for arrival. For every shipping company out there, tracking numbers do not update every single day. It is common for tracking to say "in transit" for a week before there is another update.
If it has been over 6-22 days, please contact the tracking company to ask for an update. We are not the tracking company and we do not have the specifics on the information on where the package is once the tracking company has it.
Please contact us only if it has been over the time AND the tracking company says it is lost in transit.
Q: I want to cancel my order.
A: We can only cancel orders that have NOT been shipped. As we ship out orders 24-48 hours after we receive them, please contact us immediately via live chat or email.
If we are able to cancel it, we will advise you that it has been cancelled and you will see a refund. Depending on your bank, it may take 3-5 days for it to process.
If we cannot cancel it, we will advise you and you will need to return the order to us or refuse the order to get a refund from us.
Q: I need to modify or edit my order.
A: We ship out orders 24-48 hours after we receive them. We cannot modify or charge an order after that.
Before then, we can remove items and refund you for those items. We cannot add items to an order. We cannot change the tracking either. Please contact us and we will see what we can do.
Q: I have questions about my order.
A: You can send in a live chat message or email us at any time and we can answer your questions. Please be sure to read everything above and navigate the help desk to find the answers to your questions. We are not the tracking company and we do not have details of the order once it's shipped, but we can help to the best of our ability.
Q: How do I calculate shipping?
A: Shipping depends entirely on location. We do not know shipping for every single country, to calculate shipping put together an order and don't complete it. The full price, including shipping, will be shown to you before you finalize the order. Then you can decide if you wish to place it or not.
