What does it mean my order is "on hold"?

"On hold" means you put items in your cart but did not complete the order. Your computer saves your cart for you using browser "cookies" so that if your computer shuts off or you need to think about it before purchasing, you can come back to your cart.

Important things to note:

• The order has not been placed so you do not need to cancel it if you wish to. Do not email us asking to cancel. Just don't check out.
• You will have not have been charged until the order is completed.
• You can go all the way to calculate shipping charge, see the items in your cart, etc; but not until you press "place order" will the order finalize.
